Lawrence Kass, M.D. is the Medical Director of the Center for Cosmetic Facial and Eye Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kass is a board certified specialist and a skilled surgeon with 15 years experience in cosmetic surgery of the eyes and face. He is recogonized as a Diplomate in Facial Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Kass was valedictorian of his high school class in Jericho, New York. He earned his B.A. degree and his M.D. degree from Boston University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was selected to the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor society. Dr. Kass completed his residency at the University of South Florida, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kass was then selected to a highly selective Fellowship in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. Dr. Kass is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the largest society of cosmetic surgeons in the world. He is one of only 400 physicians worldwide who has fulfilled the requirements for membership in the American Society of Oculo-Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kass is recogonized as a pioneer in the use of the CO2 laser for skin, eyelid rejuvenation, and other cosmetic facial procedures.
