St. Petersburg, FL (August 5, 2013) – The Tampa Bay Cosmetic Surgery Center, the internationally well-known clinic with offices in St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Florida, has hired local architectural firm, Livestone Consulting, Inc., in partnership with Kenyon & Partners, Inc., to renovate the medical clinic’s St. Petersburg headquarters.

Renovations will include a state-of-the-art, freestanding ambulatory surgical facility with pre- and post-operative rooms and updated patient service areas. Renovations will begin in late 2013.

“We are terribly excited about Livestone Consulting’s designs, which will allow us to grow to our full potential, as we match patient needs while accommodating our growing national and international client base,” says Dr. Lawrence Kass, Director of the Tampa Bay Cosmetic Surgery Center. While the Tampa Bay Cosmetic Surgery Center has been operating since 1986, this is the first major renovation in 20 years. “Providing a state-of-the-art surgical facility on campus will save our patients money, and give us total control over patient care,” adds Kass, a board certified plastic surgeon and ophthalmologist specializing in reconstructive and cosmetic facial and eye surgeries for nearly 30 years.

Director and Principle of Livestone Consulting, Gil Livingstone, agrees. “We try to provide our clients with as “hassle-free” an experience as possible.” A LEED-certified architect trained in “green building” design, and an OSHA certified professional, Livingstone’s consulting firm provides architectural services spanning the breadth of any project. “We handle all aspects of the building process from concept to completion,” says Livingstone.
